Service scope

Nestiq provides seller intelligence, parcel scoring, and workflow tooling for real estate operations. Features may evolve as the platform develops.

Authorized use

You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy, property, and communications laws.

Account and access security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and limiting account access to authorized personnel. You must notify Nestiq promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

Data and content

You retain rights to your submitted operational data. You grant Nestiq the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the service. Public-record and third-party data remain subject to their source terms.

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestiq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Changes to terms

Nestiq may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
