Why NestIQ Exists

Why we built this.

Real estate acquisition teams spend hours every week cross-referencing county tax records, probate filings, and ownership data to find properties worth calling. Most of that work is manual, repeated, and never captured.

We built NestIQ to do that automatically — ingest public records, enrich every parcel with the signals that matter, score them by seller probability, and surface a ranked queue your team can work from the moment they log in.

We started in Erie County because we believe in going deep before going wide. NestIQ is being built for U.S. markets, but full operational coverage of one market beats thin coverage of fifty. Every new market we open starts from the same foundation.
